These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fexmetrics, including fexmetrics.com, its server monitoring tools, analytics, alerts, Premium features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About Fexmetrics

Fexmetrics provides tools for discovering, tracking, monitoring, and analyzing publicly accessible game servers.

Fexmetrics does not claim historical uptime for periods that were not observed.

Server Health Score is a Fexmetrics-generated technical monitoring metric.

Polar acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases made through its checkout.

This means the payment transaction may be legally processed between you and Polar while Fexmetrics provides the underlying Service and license to use Premium features.

When completing checkout, you may also be required to agree to Polar's own buyer terms and privacy policy.

18. Recurring Subscriptions

Premium is a recurring subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Before purchase, the checkout process will display the applicable:

19. Subscription Renewal

Monthly subscriptions normally renew monthly.

Yearly subscriptions normally renew yearly.

The actual renewal date and billing period are determined by your subscription record and the billing provider.

20. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing-management tools provided through Fexmetrics and Polar.

If a subscription is canceled at the end of the current billing period, Premium access may continue until that paid period expires.

After the paid period ends, Premium-only functionality may become unavailable.

21. What Happens When Premium Ends

When Premium access expires, Fexmetrics may preserve existing configuration and historical information rather than deleting it immediately.

Fexmetrics uses its local subscription records to determine feature access based on verified billing lifecycle information.

We may restrict Premium functionality when the applicable subscription no longer provides valid access.

24. Subscription Revocation

A subscription may be revoked in circumstances determined by the billing provider, fraud controls, refunds, disputes, or other applicable processes.
