The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") provides individuals with rights concerning the processing of their personal data.
This page explains how those rights may apply when you use Fexmetrics and how you can exercise them.
The availability of a particular right may depend on the circumstances of the processing and the legal basis involved.
1. How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a data-protection request, contact:
Please explain:
- Which right you wish to exercise
- The Fexmetrics account concerned, where applicable
- The information or processing concerned
- Any information reasonably necessary for us to understand your request
Do not send:
- Passwords
- Session tokens
- Authentication credentials
- Payment-card information
- Discord webhook credentials
- API secrets
We will never require you to send these credentials through an ordinary privacy-request email.
2. Identity Verification
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Verification protects you against unauthorized requests that could otherwise result in another person:
- Accessing your personal data
- Changing your account information
- Deleting your data
- Obtaining account records
We will request only information reasonably necessary to verify the request.
3. Right to Be Informed
You have the right to receive clear information about how personal data relating to you is processed.
Our Privacy Policy describes matters including:
- What personal data we process
- Where the data comes from
- Why it is processed
- The legal bases used
- Categories of recipients
- Data retention
- International transfers
- Security
- Your rights
4. Right of Access
You may request confirmation as to whether Fexmetrics processes personal data relating to you.
Where applicable, you may also request access to that personal data and related information about the processing.
Depending on your use of Fexmetrics, this may include information associated with:
- Your account
- Authentication
- Server tracking
- Alert configuration
- Notification preferences
- Alert History
- Premium subscription
- Weekly Report preferences
- Other account-related information
The right of access does not require us to disclose information in a way that would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other people or compromise security.
5. Right to Rectification
You may request correction of personal data that is inaccurate.
You may also request completion of personal data that is incomplete where appropriate.
Certain information may be editable directly through your Fexmetrics account.
6. Right to Erasure
In certain circumstances, you may request erasure of personal data relating to you.
The right to erasure is not absolute.
Information may need to be retained where processing remains necessary for reasons such as:
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Financial or accounting requirements
- Another lawful reason recognized by the GDPR
Deleting your account does not necessarily require deletion of technical information relating to a publicly accessible game server where that information is not personal data relating to you.
7. Right to Restriction of Processing
In certain circumstances, you may request that Fexmetrics restrict the processing of personal data relating to you.
This may apply where, for example:
- You contest the accuracy of the data
- Processing is unlawful but you request restriction instead of deletion
- Fexmetrics no longer requires the data but you need it for legal claims
- You have objected to processing and the objection is being assessed
Where processing is restricted, the data may continue to be stored while other processing is limited as required by law.
8. Right to Data Portability
In certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive personal data you provided to Fexmetrics in a:
- Structured
- Commonly used
- Machine-readable
format.
This right generally applies where processing is:
- Based on consent or a contract
- Carried out by automated means
Where technically feasible and legally required, you may also request that qualifying data be transmitted directly to another controller.
9. Right to Object
You may have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests because of circumstances relating to your particular situation.
Where the objection applies, we will stop the relevant processing unless:
- We demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or
- Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims
10. Direct Marketing
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
If Fexmetrics introduces direct marketing communications covered by this right, an appropriate method to opt out will be provided.
Transactional communications necessary to operate your account or provide a service you requested are not necessarily direct marketing.
11. Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before consent was withdrawn.
Where available, consent may also be withdrawn through account, notification, or cookie settings.
12. Automated Decision-Making
The GDPR provides certain protections relating to decisions based solely on automated processing where those decisions produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on an individual.
Fexmetrics uses automated processing for technical server-monitoring functions including:
- Evaluating server alerts
- Detecting availability changes
- Calculating analytics
- Calculating Server Health Score
These systems analyze server-monitoring data.
They are not intended to make decisions about individuals that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.
13. Server Health Score
Server Health Score is an automated Fexmetrics monitoring metric.
It may consider server-related factors including:
- Availability
- Player trends
- Stability
- Recent activity
Server Health Score is intended to describe aspects of monitored server performance.
It is not intended to profile an individual.
14. Public Server Information
Fexmetrics processes technical information relating to publicly accessible game servers.
If server information processed by Fexmetrics contains personal data relating to you, you may contact us to request review under applicable data-protection law.
Please provide:
- The relevant server
- The information concerned
- Why you believe it relates to you
- The action you are requesting

15. Right to Complain
If you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of the GDPR, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
You are not required to contact Fexmetrics before exercising a right to complain to a supervisory authority.
However, you are welcome to contact us first if you would like us to investigate your concern.
16. Response Time
We will respond to valid GDPR requests without undue delay.
In principle, we will respond within one month of receiving the request.
Where permitted by the GDPR, this period may be extended by up to two additional months where necessary because of:
- The complexity of the request
- The number of requests
If an extension is required, we will provide the information required by applicable law.
17. Fees
Data-protection requests are generally handled without charge.
Where permitted by the GDPR, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly where requests are repetitive.
Any such decision will be made in accordance with applicable law.
18. If We Refuse a Request
If we do not take action on a request, where required by the GDPR we will explain:
- Why the request was refused
- The applicable reason
- Your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
- Your right to seek a judicial remedy
19. Rights of Other People
Your data-protection rights do not automatically entitle you to access personal data relating to another person.
We may redact, restrict, or refuse disclosure where necessary to protect:
- Another person's rights
- Confidential information
- Authentication data
- Security-sensitive information
- Infrastructure security
20. International Transfers
You may contact us if you would like information about safeguards applicable to international transfers of personal data where the GDPR requires such safeguards.
Depending on the transfer, mechanisms may include:
- European Commission adequacy decisions
- Standard Contractual Clauses
- Other mechanisms permitted under the GDPR
21. Account Deletion Requests
If your objective is to delete your Fexmetrics account and associated personal data, you may request deletion at:
Certain records may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
If you have an active Premium subscription, you should manage or cancel the recurring subscription through the billing tools before deleting your account where necessary.

For your protection, never include sensitive credentials in a privacy request.
Do not send us:
- Your password
- Authentication cookies
- Session tokens
- OAuth tokens
- Discord webhook URLs
- Payment-card details
- Provider API keys
If additional verification is required, we will provide an appropriate verification process.
